Owner & Designer
Rosalie has a degree in interior design from Boston’s Newbury College, is certified by the Window Fashions Professionals program. Her extensive training in the field, coupled with her unique eye for design, enables her to create the ideal window treatment for every room in your home.
With more than 20 years of experience in the sale and design of custom window treatments, Rosalie founded Swags Window Decorating to help customers treat their windows in a setting that fosters creativity.

Rosalie is the mother of two and lives with her husband in York, Me.
MODESTA ‘TINA’ BACH
Sales & Design
Tina Bach has extensive small business experience and joins Swags Window Decorating in sales and design.
Tina holds a degree in fashion design from FIT in New York and brings with her valuable experience with fabric and design, as well as great management and people skills.

Tina is the mother of 2 and lives in York, Me.
